Rethink Recycling is part of the Solid Waste Management Coordinating Board, a board that manages waste disposal within Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding counties. This campaign was created to encourage people to go beyond recycling—something most people are doing well—and to reconsider their purchases. For a tiny budget ($5,000 per TV spot) we created an ad campaign that promoted the benefits of having less, by encouraging people to buy Less.
